Apart from the fact the Bar is Montenegro largest port and one of the largest caostal cities, this town is as well a very popular summer holiday resort.

City center and port: City of Bar unofficialy represents the cleanest city of Montenegro. Since there is no official award for this in independent Montenegro, it was during the times of ex Yugoslavia when this town twice was proclaimed as the cleanest city in whole state. The center of Bar features with many cafe bars and restaurants, especialy are beautiful those located in port of Bar, directly settled on the shore of Adriatic. Big ferries are not such a rare thing in Bar's port. In this area is as well a beautiful lonf promenade surrounded by green parks, recreational facilities, beautiful pizzerias and restaurants.
Old Town: This historical monument of Bar is located in a very specific place, different to all other Old Towns in Montenegrin coast as it is far from the coast (around 5 km). The position of Bar Old Town is also characteristic as it is on high evelation, and very tall walls, which is probably to defend from many attackers in the past.
Sutomore: This area great holiday resort for many young and fun wanted visitors who came to Sutomore and are looking for a great time, beautiful beach late hour clubs and want to enjoy their time here. Sutomore is especialy popular to younger people from Montenegro capital city, which with direct connection by train are at the beach for merge more than an hour.
Skadar Lake: The largest Lake not onlu in Montenegro but in whole Balkan Peninsula. Skadar Lake is the richest Lake with bird species in Europe. From something more than 500 bird species in Europe, in Skadar Lake during the whole Year can be found 265 bird species. In Skadar Lake is also noticed the krypto-depresion phenomena, which means that the bootom of lake is under the sea level and surface above the sea level
Old Olive tree: Municipality of Bar and Ulcinj are well known by it's olives, and in this area are more than 90 % of all olive trees in Montenegro. Olive trees are long living trees, but one of them is under the protection of Montenegrin law becuase of the fact that it is more than 2.000 years old.
