A real beauty among the pearls of Adriatic like Greece, Montenegro, Croatia and Italy is also and awaking sleeping beauty. A land of rich history and highly attractive nature. Maybe the only country in Europe, this ancient land still have to give something really rare in Europe and word these days – a culture that is all its own. And rely Albania is not a destination for adventurous any more but on the contrary it is a warm and sincerely hospitable nation and country. A unique „ eagles state „ spread in two seas, Adriatic and Ionian, still not so much explored, discovered and influenced by the globalization. But there is a beauty of this amazing country.
The history of Albania and Albanians begins in very early stages of civilization.
The only nation left with Illyrian origin are Albanians. Very rich history is noticed in every step of this unique country, which is areal mix of civilization and cultures. A location between century world ruling civilization such as Greek on the north and Roman on the other side of seacoast guarantees a huge treasure to de discovered and visited. Among the many good and famous, sans and daughters, Albania is most proud with a lady that changed the world and gave her life and all her energy on trying to make a world a better place. The starting point of Adriatic seacoast is from the river Buna in northern part of the coast.
Earlier the part had a number of islands. The underwater of this area created a number of lagoons and bays. The delta of river Buna grows every year. This process increased and still is the tourist potential and value of the area and formed beaches of Velipoja, Shengjini, Gjiri I Llasit, Golemi, Durresi, Kune, Spille, Plazhi I ri ( the new beach ) and much more.
The potential of this area are very big and tourism developing is evident every day, with great hotels, restaurants but still enough untouched nature for a real lovers of it. There are also great potentials for eco – tourism, rural – tourism and haunting tourism in are still wild and untouched.
