Being located in the center of Ulcinj, but still surrounded by greenery and located in beautiful location with a view on entire town and the most beautiful street (new one but renovated in old fashion way).

- Location in the center, near to every thing specialy to the city attraction, shops, restaurants etc.
- Even it is located in the center the traffic does not go by the hause since the road to the accommodation goes around and is the last station. On the other hand the street to go by food is less than 100 m to the in old fashion style rebuild city center.
