Welcome to charming apartment “Maris” situated in center of the city of Split, one of the most beautiful cities of Mediterranean, in Plinarska street, near the Croatian National Theater (HNK) and the old part of the city center called Veli Varoš at the foot of the Marjan's hill. The symbol of Split and Croatia, the famouse Diocletian Palace as well as the city's waterfront “Riva”, are situated in only a few minutes of walking from the apartment. One of the best restaurants in Split, which we would like to suggest to anyone "Le Monde" restauranti is located in the same street, and is well known by its sea food and meat specialties In the vicinty of our apartment there are also two bakeries, supermarket, bank, a fish-market with a daily offer of fresh fish, fruits and veggies market, etc.
One of the city's symbols, a recreational center Marjan, a beautiful hill covered with a pine forest, is placed on the western side of the apartment. It’s three peaks, offer an magnificent view over the city of Split, the islands on it’s surrounding, on Kaštela's Riviera as well as historical towns of Solin and Trogir. Hill Marjan is also known as the “city's lungs" because for walkers of all ages it offers peace and tranquility, recreation and entertainment, scenery with numerous churches, a solitary oasis, and the natural and trim trails.

- Pets allowed - 5.00 Euro's per day, for staying in the rooms
- Pets allowed - GRATIS, for staying in the garden
- Minimum stay is 2 nights during the off season, and 3 nights during the high season ( high season 01. July - 31. August)
- On the day of booking 30% of total amount is charged. The advance payment is not refundable
